You can find me teaching and assisting Agata Gazada with the Mysore style Ashtanga yoga programme at Indaba Yoga Studio in Marylebone (www.indabayoga.com) which runs daily Monday-Friday 7-9am.
Private Lessons and small groups
A one-to-one session or a lesson with a small group of friends is a great way to improve your practice. You'll benefit from yoga classes designed specifically for you, tailored to things that you personally want to work on- It could be increasing the flexability in a certain area of your body, working to recover from illness of injury, strengthening your core, relaxation and rejuvination or meditation ... whatever you want to work on! We will negotiate a time that suits you, and we can practice in the comfort of your own home.
